Aastha K.C. joined Jomsom Foundation Nepal in 2022 as an eager humanitarian leader with strong interpersonal, strategic and collaborating skills. Aastha has worked in the humanitarian space since her childhood with roles across Worldwide. Aastha has Bachelor of Business Management from Yewon Arts University (Korea) and she will be dealing with Seoul University for her Master’s.
Mira Lama (Germany)

Coming from a root level family, where dream for women always remains dreams, Mira Lama has proved herself as an elegant unstoppable dreamer. She belongs to struggling family in rural area of Nepal but the hope and her faith on god drove her now in west side of globe, Germany. She remembers the journey that took her from nowhere to everywhere. And she’s always thankful to every helping hands and well wisher’s for making her dreams turn into reality. She has an oath making many helpless Mira as like her.
Ritu Kumal (Nepal)
Program Director
Ms. Ritu Kumal brings a wealth of expertise to JOMSOM FOUNDATION with years and years of experience. She excels in all aspects of Program Management and has worked on projects and programs with major donor organizations. Motivated by a global causes, she is drawn to the JOMSOM network’s transformation initiatives in human trafficking, education and poverty.

With more than a decade progressive professional experience working with social Volunteering with national NGOs/INGOs, HemSagar brings an abundant experience in leading Finance, Admin HR Department and Partner Management in Fraud investigations. Having a tremendous and calm personality has always made him an enthusiastic character towards vulnerable and help needed community. We Jomsom Foundation are always proud to have him as a team member and thank him for being a rousted inevitable pillar.
